Platform service
SaaS provides a platform for creating and managing online stores. We do not sell products or own merchant inventory. Responsibility for content, products, and pricing lies with the merchant.
Accounts
Your account information must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for illegal activity or abuse of the platform.
Payments
Monthly subscriptions are charged according to the selected plan. Payments received by merchants from customers pass through external payment gateways and are subject to those companies' terms.
Limitation of liability
We provide the platform as-is within its available capabilities. Responsibility for order fulfillment, delivery, and refunds lies with the merchant and the shipping and payment companies they connect.
